It seemed so natural in Christianity to say “God has a purpose and plan for you,” but it may have been somewhat of a mistake. Why is is this a mistake and why shouldn’t we just trust ourselves to make our own plans? Is Jeremiah 29:11 one of the most abused passages in the Bible?
