Dominique and Megan have survived spiritual abuse in a variety of institutional settings including a religious cult, a charismatic nondenominational church, and a Southern Baptist church. Together they founded Baptist Accountability, an online database that tracks abuse within Baptist churches. Megan works tirelessly to educate others about spiritual and sexual abuse within churches and religious institutions – all while homeschooling her amazing children! Megan is also battling Lyme disease and is an outspoken advocate for increased education and medical research. Megan has completed Ashley Easter’s The Advocate Edge program to better prepare for advocacy work with spiritual abuse victims. Dominique holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Messiah College, as well as a Masters Degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Dominique has studied the psychological aspects of human hacking and social engineering in relation to spiritual abuse.
