259 – Stories from the Desert – Sheri Pallas

Sheri was born with two extreme and violent parents. Her father was a drug dealing ex-con once nominated to be a Grand Dragon in the KKK. Her mom was a speaking-in-tongues, book-burning, evangelical. He terrorized her and her mom demonized her. It took her until she was 27 years old to realize that what was written in the bible is merely fiction. She has since broke out of her original religion and into a life of Comparative Religion, to which she received a PhD in.

Prior to her current work, she was once worked as a computer trainer in the corporate division of a major computer retailer.

Sheri early taste of stardom came in 1982. For while she was going to school in her former hometown of San Francisco, California where she was a cheerleader there, Sheri signed up to be a contestant on a then-new game show called taped in San Francisco called Starcade. She competed against San Francisco SWAT cop, Don Woolard. Sheri was leading after the first two rounds, but lost out in the last round when Dan, her opponent outscored her in the final game Robotron. Sheri won a gift certificate for Wrangler Jeans and a Casio keyboard. She is still recognized to this day and still gets fan mail about her appearance.

Today, Sheri’s owns her own business called Fireside Creators and is the host of her own web show on YouTube of the same name. Her website and her passion is about/to restore unconditional love to the message about God as well as peace and happiness throughout the whole world.
