I believe that often times men want to “go it alone.” We don’t seek outside help or guidance in certain areas of our lives. This was the first experience I have had with one‐on‐one coaching. I was not in a meeting and not in a break‐out group. I looked forward to our first discussion and I was not disappointed. The questions Karl asked could not be answered with a “yes” or “no”. They were questions about my life that I had not thought about prior to these coaching sessions. Karl taught me one skill that I have often wondered about concerning my walk with God and I tried it soon after and found that it really works. Karl helped me to see that God is working in my life, day to day. I highly recommend “coaching” as an effective tool to above all else draw you closer to God.
